Shipping Information:


All items will be sent out Royal Mail First Class postage, the costs for this are calculated by using the three main pricing bands used by the Royal Mail and and from the total spend. The main pricing bands used are:

  • UK -1 to 2 working days
  • Europe- 3 to 5 working days
  • Rest of the World-Zone 1 -7 to 10 working days
  • Rest of the World Zone 2 -10 to 14 working days

All orders are generally shipped on the next working day after order placement. Please ensure that your order contains the full address details including the postal code and country.. We cannot be held responsible for the delay or loss of items incorrectly addressed. Where these are returned we will refund the cost of the item but not the cost of the postage.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless the express delivery is chosen (UK only). The estimated delivery times for each zone is given above.

Guaranteed next day working day deliveries are available in the UK only

The total shipping cost is shown at the checkout, these can be subject to discount. Please contact us for more information especially if your order is over £45.00 in value.

We are able to give discounts for larger orders (over £30.00) and these can be arranged on a case by case basis. The initial enquiry should be made by using the 'Contact Us Form' Contact Us
When prices are agreed payment will be requested in the form of a PayPal Money request

Returns/Refunds

We will refund or replace any order that is damaged or faulty when delivered provided that evidence is given of the fault either through a photograph or by return of the faulty goods. In this instance we will pay the cost of the return postage.Notification of the fault/damage must be given within 30 days of the date of order.
We will refund the cost of unwanted goods provided that they are returned in the original packing and are fit for re sale. The refund will exclude our postage costs and the return postage costs. Notification of a return must be made by the customer within 30 days of order placements
